Polarity Therapy
This 4-part course deals with the five elements Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. When they are in balance and the energy can move freely, we feel healthy and alive. When energy gets blocked, we start to experience aches and pains and normally seek help.
- In this course we look at how energy flows in the body and how the elements manifest emotionally, physically and mentally. How do we feel when they are in balance? And what happens when they are out of balance?
- We learn specific Polarity Yoga exercises to support each of the elements
- We do hands-on bodywork in pairs on a table and learn to move and free up the energy
This is a four-part workshop, three-and-a-half hours each (no new dates yet).
Polarity and the Nervous System
Being stressed is nothing else but the nervous system being in a state of alert, or in a “fight and flight” -state. This state is the primitive survival response of our nervous system to what it perceives as a threat.
If we don’t allow our systems to calm down and get back to normal, or if we get stuck in a chronic fight-flight state, we eventually run out of energy and end up in a state of burn-out and chronic fatigue.
- In this course we learn about the functioning of the nervous system
- We look at different ways to balance our own system
- We do bodywork in pairs on the table

The Polarity Cleansing Diet
Do you feel like taking your health into your own hands? Or have you simply thought about a DETOX this autumn but don’t quite know how to go about it?
The Polarity Cleansing Diet is a pleasurable way to rid your body of accumulated waste, rebalance its acid-alkaline levels, and come out on the other side feeling energised and youthful.
In this two hour workshop you will learn
- How your eating habits and lifestyle can lead to the accumulation of toxins and acidity in the body, which in turn pave the way to health problems like arthritis, eczema and general fatigue
- How by eating (yes, you will cleanse by eating!) mainly vegetables, some fruit and loads of shoots during 3-5 days, the body starts to flush out all the unwanted ‘stuff’
- How you can support this flushing-out through alkaline baths, rubs, Polarity cleansing tea, liver-flush, etc.
- How you can support the cleaning organs (kidneys, liver, skin) and the lymph system through Polarity Yoga exercises and massaging of the organ-reflexes on the body (bring your Yoga mats!)
- And much more!
You will walk away with a handout detailing the phases of the cleansing/detox, some delicious recipe ideas, and an overview of supportive Yoga exercises and reflexes.
